Dolores Wilber
What will we do, what do we will, a performance conceived by Dolores Wilber and performed in collaboration with several others on Sunday May 4 in the Colonial Arcade Ballroom, is an investigation of the nature of work relationships, desire and unbreakable ties. During this non-linear narrative, a man with one stilt and one crutch, a woman in a gown, a cabaret dancer on very tall stilts and two men tied together at the waist utilize movement, kitchen utensils, shirts and irons to create this highly charged piece. Dolores Wilber has held performance workshops 4-5 times a year for the past seven years in Chicago.
